Some of these coverages (not all), can be added with separate endorsements or policies. Keep in mind that certain personal property is generally not covered by homeowners insurance including but not limited to: animals, birds or fish; motor vehicles and some motorized land conveyances, as well as the property of roomers, boarders or tenants.
