7 - 15 characters;
At least one numeric, upper, and lower-case characters;
No more than three repeating characters;
No special characters (*, #, $, &, `, ~, !, @, %, ^, *, (, ), ., ', ", ;, :, -, _, +, =, {, }, [, ], |, , /, ?, <, >);
No blank spaces are allowed; and
Do not use first or last name
