What is In Control?
In Control created the nation’s first state-certified driver skill development program by analyzing police and insurance crash data to pinpoint the skills most critical for avoiding collisions. This program has been shown to reduce crashes among young drivers by 70% compared to those who only receive standard driving education.
The In Control course lasts 4.5 hours and combines hands-on and classroom learning.

- Advanced steering skills, including over- and understeering and speed control
- Backing up skills and awareness
- Close-quarters maneuverability
- Following distance/tailgating
