You can choose any shop from our list, although we can’t promise to pay more than our assessment and your deductible. If your vehicle is a total loss, we can’t cover storage fees from non-preferred shops. Remember, when you choose a Mapfre CAR EZ Express Repair Shop or Mapfre Preferred Repair Shop, the work is guaranteed by both the body shop and Mapfre Insurance.

Remember, when you choose a Mapfre CAR EZ Express Repair Shop or Mapfre Preferred Repair Shop to repair your vehicle, the workmanship is guaranteed by both the body shop and Mapfre Insurance. You are not required to use any of these shops and may go to any repair shop listed. We will negotiate with any registered repair shop, but we cannot promise that we will pay the difference between our check plus your deductible and the amount the shop charges to repair your auto. If your vehicle is declared a total loss, we also cannot promise payment of all storage charges and other associated expenses incurred at a Non-Preferred or Non-CAR EZ shop.
