Business Mapfre Simulation (BMAP)

In 1987, BMAP (derived from “Business Game Mapfre”) was born out of a desire to provide college students with a preview of working in the insurance industry. In the United States, it has been become a student competition at the state level. The competition has a dual objective. It seeks to ensure that the participants acquire a comprehensive view of the different management areas in an insurance company, and it provides students with “work” experience on a team like what they might encounter at an insurance company.
