Fundación Mapfre Social Outreach Awards
For many years now, the Fundación Mapfre Social Outreach Awards have recognized the efforts of individuals and entities that have dedicated their lives and work to helping others.
That is why we are launching a new edition of this competition: to acknowledge that deep commitment and because we share the conviction with our award recipients that a better world is possible.
In this 2026 call for entries, with a total prize fund of 160,000 euros (four prizes of 40,000 euros each), the following awards will be presented:
- The José Manuel Martínez Martínez Lifetime Achievement Award
- Award for the Entity with the Best Track Record in Social Causes
- Award for the Project or Initiative with the Best Social Impact
- Award to the Best Initiative in the Agricultural Sector
The dynamics are different for each of award. Nominations are now being accepted for the categories Award for the Entity with the Best Track Record in Social Causes and Award for the Project or Initiative with the Best Social Impact. If you think your entity or project deserves recognition, please feel free to submit it via the registration link. Nominations for the José Manuel Martínez Martínez Lifetime Achievement Award may only be submitted by previous award recipients, members of any of the judging panels convened for this edition, and other groups listed in the terms and conditions.
In addition, the Award to the Best Initiative in the Agricultural Sector, which is presented every two years, is governed by its own terms and conditions, which you can view here.
The deadline for submitting nominations for the three open categories is May 25, 2026.
